Fertility Doula

Fertility Doula supports people in their journey to become a parent. She supports both the woman and the family who is choosing to become pregnant, regardless of what that journey looks like. She is trained to support the fertility clinic route, at home monitoring and insemination, or a mixture of the two - a fertility doula provides you with support best suited to how you choose to embark on your journey.

Create holistic fertility plans taking the mind, body, soul and spirit into consideration

Support the many stages of (in)fertility including any possible loss

Teach awareness, regeneration, mindset and relaxation tools 

Navigate options available 

Attend clinic appointments/treatments

Support (in)fertility clients through early pregnancy (this is different than conventional doula support)

We support any woman who is unable to become pregnant during the first year of trying.
